We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 10 days after you received your item(s). We cannot process any returns if the period is exceeded.

For defective products, you must send a photo or video of the product in order to complete your refund claim.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for the return shipment.
